This is the dramatic moment a crazed pedestrian attacked a Tesla by smashing its windshield.

Footage shows the woman in a white dress climbing on top of the electric vehicle in the middle of a busy road in Luoyang, China.

She can be seen repeatedly striking the front of the moving car on June 2.

At one point, the driver attempted to shake her off by braking sharply, but she remained still.

In another clip, the distraught individual is seen hitting the rear end of a parked black Audi on the roadside.

Concerned residents called the police, who arrived to restrain the woman and remove her from the scene.

No one was injured during the incident.

Authorities suspect the woman may be suffering from a mental illness and confirmed that she is currently undergoing medical evaluation.
