Wildlife photographer films a Stork eating a large snake as her hatchlings wait to be fed
Wildlife photographer Ewan Wilson was in the small rural Spanish town of Manzenaers El Real when he spotted something incredible.
A large bird called the European Stork was pecking into a large Ladder Snake. Her hatchlings can also be seen waiting for her to tear apart to prey and feed it to them, but she had other Ideas. She instead took the snake and swallowed it whole.
This incredible moment of nature was filmed in the middle of the town where many of these large birds can be found nesting. The European stork can grow over 3 feet tall and have a wingspan of 7ft from wingtip to wingtip.
