Ms Zhang spotted two girls playing billiards when one of the players teed off the ball and hit her friend in Yiyang, Hunan, China, on April 21.
CCTV footage shows the ball flying away and bouncing on the forehead of the girl who was putting the rack back in place.
Fortunately, the impact of the object was not hard, and she did not sustain any serious injuries from the incident.
