This is the amusing moment a woman grabs the leg of a man sitting on the steps after she stumbles - but ends up sending him flying instead.

The incident happened outside a building in the city of Dali, which is the county-level seat of the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan province, south-western China.

The woman was talking to the man while he smoked a cigarette and was not paying attention as she moved to walk down the steps, losing her balance and reaching out to grab the foot of the sitting man on June 7.

In doing so, she steadied herself but ended up spinning him around and sending him flying after her, landing on the ground apparently unconscious.

The man, identified only by his surname of Liu, said that he had no memory of how he ended up falling down until he saw the CCTV footage, and added that fortunately apart from a sore bum and bruises on his legs, everything else was okay.
