In a dramatic rescue operation in Hengshui, Hebei province, a 3-year-old boy fell into a 15-meter deep well, prompting frantic calls for help from his parents. Firefighters from Hebei rushed to the scene upon receiving the distress call, only to find that the narrow well shaft posed a significant challenge. Despite their efforts, the petite firefighters were unable to enter.

Amidst the tense situation, 30-year-old Zhao Chenglong, who suffers from dwarfism, courageously volunteered to descend into the well. After receiving brief training and ensuring safety precautions were in place, Zhao was carefully lowered into the narrow passage.
