"The main reason why we intend to encourage investments in Saudi Arabia and international transactions there is the national investment strategy that the Saudi government has launched recently. It's a very huge strategy which focused on two main objectives, first of which is to increase the foreign investment in Saudi Arabia to more than 20 times more by 2030. Second of which is Saudi Arabia strategies aim where it wants to increase the GDP contributed by foreign investment from 22 to 30 percent.
And looking at the national investment strategy of Saudi Arabia, we believe that there is a huge opportunity for Chinese companies and international investors to enter the Saudi market."
Representatives from Middle Eastern countries have introduced their investment policies and expressed great interest in the "Lingyun Outbound Alliance 3.0," a project launched by China's telecom giant Huawei to build a global ecosystem for Chinese enterprises.

"Actually, Huawei is a very good example of how they succeeded in Saudi Arabia and the Saudi market. Saudi market was very accommodating and very happy to engage with Huawei cloud systems and to build a center for data in Saudi Arabia. After building the data center in Saudi Arabia, other Chinese company will have the chance to use this data to even evaluate more, evolve and prosper and take more business opportunities. This cooperation will lead to a mutual interest between the two countries."
