A group of kids were seen attempting to steal bikes from food delivery riders waiting outside a chicken shop in Ilford, east London, on July 15.

The filmer told Newsflare: "Being locals and under age these kids know the law protects them so they instigate foreign students trying to make a living through Uber Eats for a chance of making it into a fight to use it as a distraction to steal their bikes or blackmail using threats of calling the police and deportation."
