Boardmasters Music And Surfing Festival kicks off on the 7th of August 2024. Women professional Longboarders are seen practicing their sport amongst holiday surfers at Great Western Beach, Newquay, Cornwall, UK. The best national and international competitors are arriving in the town and seen surfing the local hotspots.

Boardmasters Longboard Pro presented by Wild West Jerky returns this summer, commencing the European summer leg of LQS. Catch the best UK and International surfers go head-to-head in the country’s biggest surf competition.

The main Boardmasters Music event takes place at Watergate Bay, three miles from Fistral beach the chosen Surfing contest venue. This years event is the biggest yet with the numbers increased from 53,000 to 58,000 ticket buyers. The combined surf and music event will bring an estimated 175,000 extra people to Cornwall this year. Special trains are being laid on to bring fans to the town.
