On August 24, Wuhan Public Security Bureau in central China received a number of people's alarm, saying that they saw a number of horses on different roads, endangering the traffic on road.

Jinjinhu Police Station quickly sent 3 groups of police to find horses near the alarm location, while calling video surveillance to confirm the horse's action route. After investigation, the six horses on the road ran out of a horse farm in the district, moving along Jinshan Avenue to the direction of Evergreen Garden.

After continuous tracking by the patrol police, the last silver horse was found running along the Evergreen North Road elevated to the direction of the third Ring Road. In order to prevent the horse from being startled, the police slowly drove the police car after the horse and drove it to the direction of the horse farm. At the same time, the surrounding police all the way through the vehicle broadcast to remind the surrounding vehicles to avoid.

With the cooperation of multiple groups of police, the six horses at large were all returned to the horse farm. The horse farm breeder said that the horse farm has a total of 11 horses, that afternoon, the horses were grazing in the fence, due to staff mistakes, resulting in six horses broke through the fence and ran out. Fortunately, the incident did not result in injuries or property damage.

8月24日下午4点，武汉市公安局东西湖区分局金银湖派出所接到多名群众的报警，称在不同路上看到多只马匹出现，危及交通安全，十分危险。
接到市民报警后，金银湖派出所迅速派出3组警力前往报警位置附近寻找马匹，同时调取视频监控确认马匹行动路线。经调查，马路上的6匹马是从辖区内某马场跑出来的，一路沿金山大道往常青花园方向移动。
经巡逻警力不断追踪，最后一匹银白色马匹，被发现在沿常青北路高架下往三环方向奔跑移动。为防止惊到马匹，民警慢速驾驶警车跟在马匹后，并将其往马场方向驱赶。同时，周边警力一路通过车辆广播提示周边车辆注意避让。
在多组警力的协力配合下，6匹“出逃”马匹被全部送回马场内。马场饲养员说，马场共饲养了11匹马，当天下午，马匹在围栏内吃草时，由于工作人员失误，导致6匹马冲开围栏跑出。所幸，该事件并未造成人员受伤或财产损失的情况发生。
