Hilarious footage shows the Red Barrows - a crew of funny off-brand Red Arrows who use wheelbarrows instead of jets.

Lewis Lister, 33, was visiting Devon on July 20 to see his friend's band, Machineries of Joy, at Bradninch Rocks Festival.

The annual event hosts bands and shows galore to raise funds for Bradninch Football Club.

Just before his mate's band came on, Lewis had the pleasure of watching and filming the Red Barrows in all their glory.

Video shows the group in red boiler suits with fitting helmets and blowing scarves performing stunts such as the "Barrel Roll" and even jumping through a flaming hoop."

Lewis, who works in digital marketing in London, said: "The whole display went down really well with the crowd."

"They got into the barrel roll fairly quickly but the hoop of fire was definitely the climax of the show."

"Turns out there are Red Barrows all over the country in different areas."

"It seems like if you live in a small, quirky enough town then you'll have some members about."

The original Red Barrows faction, based in Suffolk, started up in 2002 and have totted up over £115,000 for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Now there are chapters all over the UK which will perform to raise funds for various causes, local or national.
