This is the moment a shocked cafe owner caught a man using her Wi-Fi to watch pornography.

Kiera Suttida spotted the public pervert sitting outside the shop, viewing explicit content in Lopburi, Thailand, on September 5.

The businesswoman said she became suspicious when the man began frequently visiting the shop to use the internet without purchasing any food.

Kiera said: 'I hadn't noticed him until today. He stayed for a very long time, and there were many children present.

'This is a public place, and our cafe is also located within a temple area. I have already warned him about his behaviour.'

In his defence, the man used the excuse that he had accidentally stumbled upon the video while scrolling through his social media feed.

However, other women reported encountering him and said they felt harassed.

Kiera said she would report him to the police if he continued to use her Internet connection for viewing adult material.

Under Section 388 of the Criminal Code in Thailand, anyone who performs such a disgraceful act in public, including undressing or committing acts of obscenity, is liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred baht (approximately 11.36 GBP).
