This is the heartwarming moment a kind passerby lifted a motorcycle off an injured rider.

Fasai Ketngam noticed the struggling man, prompting her partner to assist him in Chonburi, Thailand, on September 17.

Footage shows the kindhearted local lifting the vehicle in the middle of the road while the biker lay on the ground.

After repositioning the motorbike, the rider thanked the man by bowing.

Fasai said: 'The rider had been lying there for a while, trying to pull the bike out. It happened right when I was stopped at a red light, and I noticed the old man, but no one went to help. So, my boyfriend quickly ran over. There were many people around, but no one seemed to care, as if it was something normal.'
