This is the adorable moment a kitten sparred with its owner in China.

Fa Ke, the three-month-old male bi-coloured feline, stood on his hind legs, moving his paws in the air, seemingly shadowboxing in front of his keeper in Kunming, Yunnan, on July 31.

Footage shows the furry creature extending his paws, playfully attempting to hit the man. He then attacked and bit the individual's hand, prompting a light smack in return.

The playfight continued with the furry creature standing up, paws in front of his face as if to counter a potential strike from his owner.

Cats are natural hunters, and this behaviour is rooted in their instincts. They are gentle during play-fights, which is beneficial for sharpening their skills.
