This is the shocking moment a tourist sank on her jet ski while riding along a river in Cambodia.

Footage shows the woman, wearing a rash guard and life vest, controlling the machine with her guide sitting behind her on the Mekong River in Phnom Penh.

Moments later, she crashed onto a submerged rock, lurching forward onto the handlebars and hitting her stomach on May 17.

The holidaymaker can be seen unconscious from the impact as the man behind her supports her body to prevent her from falling into the water.

Moments later, she woke up, grimacing from the pain.

In another clip, the woman stands, balancing herself as the jet ski tilts to the side, while the man in the water attempts to push the vehicle back into position.

The filmer said: 'My friend was okay. She was just in pain from the impact but recovered after that.'
