The European Union (EU) should create more stable and open investment environment for Chinese investors, said Secretary General of the China Chamber of Commerce to EU (CCCEU) Fang Dongkui.

Fang's remarks came after the European Commission passed the vote to impose extra tariffs of up to 35.3 percent on electric vehicles (EVs) imported from China, additional to the EU's existing 10-percent tariff on imported cars.
