This is the impressive moment a break-dancing toddler showed off his moves in China.

Footage shows the boy, wearing a black bonnet, doing a handstand in the living room while his father and sister draw on the floor in the background, unaware of what he was up to, in Hunan on September 17.

The child can be seen yelling in amazement as he rotates his body using his head while his legs are in a split position mid-air.

His mother said: 'Between dressing up and wearing a tie, he chose to wear diapers and dance 'hip-hop.''

Breakdancing originated in New York City, popularised by local African and Latin American youths during the late 1960s and early '70s. They incorporated moves from dance, martial arts and gymnastics.
