He said: "We seem to be increasing minimum wage, which is inevitably going to reduce the workforce because a business' main cost usually is their staff."

"So they will have to put their prices up which means people will want an increase in minimum wage - it's a viscious circle."

On borrowing, Phil said: "Yes we've got to borrow, although I'm not exactly sure where they borrow it from."

"But to just through it at the NHS without investigating where the money is going within the NHS would be a mistake."

"Personally I would start with having a look at the cost of the NHS and make some changes."
