Lebanon - November 07, 2024 The death toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon since the beginning of the current round of Israeli-Hezbollah conflict has reached 3,445, with injuries rising to 14,599, said the Lebanese Health Ministry on Friday. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) on Friday evening issued a statement saying that the Israeli army conducted its fourth round of air strikes against Hezbollah targets in the southern suburb of Beirut, Lebanon's capital city, on the same day. The targets included Hezbollah's command center and weapons depot.
