A batch of displaced Lebanese citizens have left Syria and returned to their hometowns through a border crossing between Syria and Lebanon.

The reason for the displaced to return from Syria was the Israeli strike on the main crossing border point between the two countries which led to the closure of the passage.

Lebanese authorities quickly repaired the passage which was reopened for traffic on Sunday.
