Thai farmers now using drone technology to help on the farm in rural Thailand.
Farmers in Phetchabun, Thailand are hiring drone operators to help with spraying week killer more efficiently by using industrial grade drones. I this scene the drone operator and his wife are a team contracted by a local farmer to spray weed killer on his sugar cane plantation. We chatted with the drone team, and he gave us some information about the drones. They are from DJI a famous Chinese brand, the battery weighs 9KG, and has a flight time of 10 minutes. We accidentally came across this scene as we were driving, and my curiosity got the better of me, I made my girlfriend who was the driver make a U turn and we went back to capture this interesting moment.
