Weifang, China - October 15, 2024 [Note: no sound] When passing through an intersection, a car was about to change lanes to overtake, but didn’t notice another car approaching quickly from behind. Startled by the lane change, the car going straight swerved sharply, made a wide turn ahead, and stopped by the roadside, hitting a person riding an electric bike. The electric bike lost balance and swayed, eventually throwing the rider off. The speed caused the bike to drag the rider along for a short distance. This footage was filmed by Mr. Liu, in Weicheng, Weifang, Shandong, at 17:15, on October 15, 2024.
