The 29th edition of the Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF), the biggest annual event in Bangladesh, is currently taking place at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Exhibition Center in the capital Dhaka.
The DITF is a yearly program of the Bangladeshi government that showcases local products to foreign buyers.
The exhibition showcases a wide range of local and foreign products, including machinery, equipment, and materials for agriculture and gardening, carpet, chemical products, cosmetics, dairy products, and electronic items, an official from the Exhibition Promotion Bureau said.
Bangladesh's Ministry of Commerce and the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) jointly organized the event.
