But on January 8, 2025, Grabell's presence at Berlin's Potsdamer Platz wasn't about entertainment. The performer joined the ongoing protests surrounding the Israel-Hamas war - standing at the intersection of pro-Israel and pro-Palestinian demonstrations. He held two handmade signs, one reading “Noch ein Jude für ein freies Palaestina” ("Another Jew for a Free Palestine") and another stating “Bitte die Zios nicht fuettern” ("Please Don’t Feed the Zionists").
