World's dumbest druggie caught with crystal meth... while making police report
This is the hilarious moment the world's dumbest drug addict was caught - while they themselves filed a police report.
Camp crossdresser Natthapon Naksraket, 31, strutted into the Bang Lamung District Police Station to report an alleged car theft in the colourful Thai 'Sin City' of Pattaya on January 10 evening.
The flamboyant local, seen in the video wearing a tight tube dress and oversized sunglasses, claimed a man named Poramet had stolen the keys to his Honda City sedan.
But the cops grew suspicious of Natthapon as he was said to have made Carry On style 'provocative' remarks at officers. They tried to take the details of the alleged theft before noticing multiple puncture wounds on Natthapon's arms.
Police Lieutenant Natthanan Chanthawong, deputy chief of investigation, said they began questioning Natthapon whom they believed was high on drugs.
Instead of denying the charge, the crossdresser gamely pulled out several syringes and packets of crystal meth from his rainbow-coloured purse.
The police lieutenant said: 'The officers handling the complaint immediately arrested him. They also checked the bag and found 10 clear plastic sachets of crystal meth weighing 10.56 grams, 11 syringes, and some cash. The police seized the items as evidence before taking her in for questioning.
'During the arrest, the suspect was so high on drugs that he couldn't speak coherently. Sometimes he was in a good mood and sometimes he spoke politely. Sometimes he became angry and cursed at the police and reporters.
'Other times he appeared to try and seduce the officers. Fortunately, they realised the suspect was under the influence of drugs and took control of the case.'
Footage shows Natthapon striking a pose while pointing at the confiscated evidence with his painted nails.
Police said he was detained on charges of possessing a Category 1 substance.
Under Thai law, using category 1 substances may be punished with up to three years in jail and a fine of up to 60,000 baht, while possession carries a fine of up to 200,000 baht and up to 10 years imprisonment.
Those convicted of dealing may face life imprisonment and a five million baht fine, depending on the amount involved. Producers, importers, and exporters of Category 1 substances face the same charges and may face the death penalty if it is proven their intent was to sell or distribute on a large scale.
