Thai porn star Nong Nat defended her choice to wear revealing clothing in public amid recent criticism.

The actress, whose real name is Kesarin Chaichalermpol, 40, faced a backlash over her provocative outfits, with some locals questioning her decision to wear tops that expose her midriff.

In response to the criticism, the defiant model vowed to be even bolder with her clothing choices in the future.

She said: 'Next time, I will wear something with a hole cut deep to the butthole. You don't need to worry or have anything to gossip about.'

The former adult film star explained that she dresses appropriately for formal occasions but prefers to dress confidently and freely during casual outings.

She added: 'Normally, I am a person who knows the circumstances and manner, but you should do the same so society will have no problem.

'Do not cross the line and criticise in a negative way.

'When going out, have fun and don't meddle in others' affairs.'

Nong Nat, who lives in Bangkok, was arrested by Thai authorities in the past for allegedly producing and distributing pornographic videos, which are illegal in Thailand.

She was fined, received a suspended six-month prison sentence, and was placed on probation for one year.

Later, she married ageing American millionaire Harold Jennings Nesland Jr. in 2012 when he was 70 years old. They divorced and she converted to Buddhism, before rekindling her adult career with provocative videos and nightclub appearances.
