A heated moment onboard a TUI flight from London to Lanzarote has gone viral after a flight attendant confronted a group of unruly passengers, filmed on December 14, 2023. TikTok user Zapip, who recently posted the video, claimed they were harassed by the group, who allegedly made racist remarks and issued threats, including waiting for them outside the plane.

The video captures the cabin crew member firmly addressing the disruptive passengers near the end of the flight, visibly frustrated by their behavior. Upon landing, Zapip and others were escorted by police to ensure their safety.
