Brave parkgoer swims into lake to save child from floating human hamster ball
A brave park-goer swam across a lake to rescue a child who was stuck inside a floating human hamster ball.
Wu Kewen took off his clothes to reach the large bubble ball that rolled down into the banks and set adrift in Zhejiang, China, on January 12.
Footage shows the Good Samaritan padding towards the transparent sphere amid the chilly weather to save the kid.
He then pushed the ball back onto the banks on the opposite side of the lake, where other parkgoers assisted him.
Wu said: 'In moments of danger, anyone who can swim would go down to save him.'
The youngster was unharmed, and his parents thanked Wu for saving their child.
A human hamster ball is a large, inflatable, transparent ball that people can climb inside and roll around.
