Los Angeles, United States - January 31, 2025 01/31/2025 11:00 pm (GMT-0800) EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputies and the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to a report of a shooting at Union Pacific Avenue and South Bonnie Beach Place. It is believed a 14-year-old was struck by gunfire in or near the intersection of Union Pacific Avenue and South Bonnie Beach Place. Several shell casings were located in the street. Deputies had the area closed while they conducted their investigation. LACoFD was dispatched to the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Rowan Avenue. It was possible that the victim was transported by private vehicle to that intersection where Los Angeles Community Hospital is located. Deputies were out with a Toyota Camry at that location, which is believed to have been involved No additional details were given at the scene.
