I hadn't seen my dad since i was 2 years old when he left our village to try and find work walking on foot to the nearest market for weeks. My mom and dad lost contact with each other for over 8 years and everyone assumed he was dead.My Dad found my mom randomly in the streets of Addis one day and thats when he found out I already been sent to the US 4 years ago.There was nothings he could do! I wasn’t even aware that my dad was present or that he was going to visit me until 20 mins before this video

I was trafficked under illegal adoption when I was 6 years old and I was told I was coming to the United States for schooling and that I would return after. They told me that my father had died and my mother was dying which was not the truth and I spent 15 years searching for them. I finally was able to find my father after 19 years of being separated and he was unfortunately assassinated by the Ethiopian government 3 months after reuniting with him.

In the video it's my father whose name is Temesgen. I'm not sure his age as they don't keep track back home and it's me (Zora Kurzenhauser) and I was 21 in that video. It also shows both my biological mother and uncle and I am also unsure of their age.
