Dashcam footage shows the three-wheeled vehicle toppling over in the middle of the road amid severe gusts of wind in Henan on March 3.

Motorists passing by can be seen manoeuvring around the fallen vehicle without stopping.

Moments later, a kind man rushed towards the scooter upon noticing the woman struggling to get up.

Two other locals quickly ran over to help lift the vehicle back up and push it to the roadside.
