Los Angeles, United States - March 18, 2025 03/18/2025 08:00 pm (GMT-0700) STUDIO CITY, LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles police officers and fire department paramedics responded to a report of a stabbing on a metro train at Lankershim Boulevard. A Hispanic male, approximately 40 years old, allegedly used a large kitchen knife to stab another man. Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to an area hospital, where he is reported to be in stable condition. Authorities are currently canvassing the area for the suspect, who was last seen on foot heading toward Ventura Boulevard on Lankershim. It remains unclear what led to the stabbing, and the LAPD Transit Division is investigating the incident. Additionally, it is believed the suspect was pepper-sprayed during the altercation. It is still unclear whether the knife used in the stabbing was recovered.
