Five Injured in Stabbing Incident Near Amsterdam's Royal Palace

Emergency services were seen responding outside the Royal Palace of Amsterdam on Dam Square following a stabbing incident on March 27, 2025.
Footage captured by @amsterdam_my shows emergency responders at the historic site, which is used by the Dutch monarch for official events.
Authorities declared a "Grip 1" emergency level, signaling a coordinated regional response involving multiple services.
According to Amsterdam police, five people were injured in the attack, including two seriously. The suspect was arrested with the help of a local resident.
