The filmer was with a Korean family and their child when the tremors struck, creating a chaotic scene as the pool water surged dangerously. The earthquake, which originated in Myanmar, claimed at least 144 lives there and eight in Bangkok, according to reports from BBC and India Today. The powerful tremors shocked residents and highlighted concerns over building safety in the region.
