US, Phoenix: Phoenix Camelback Road Vehicle Vs Pedestrian
Phoenix, United States - April 10, 2025 04/10/2025 08:45 pm (GMT-0700) PHOENIX, Ariz. – Phoenix police officers and firefighters were called to the intersection of 17th Avenue and Camelback Road regarding reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle Thursday evening. Crews arrived and located a person lying in the eastbound lanes of Camelback Road just East of 17th Avenue. Firefighters began administering CPR before transporting the person to a local area hospital in critical condition. A Chevy pickup truck was observed in the parking lot next to where the victim was located with heavy front-end damage. Police closed eastbound Camelback Road at 17th Avenue as they investigated the collision.
