On April 20, during the evening rush hour in Zhuhai, Guangdong, a young boy was seen riding a twist car (a small ride-on toy) alone across a busy road and accidentally entered an elevated expressway. With heavy traffic flowing around him, the boy was in an extremely dangerous situation.

Mr. Zeng, who happened to be driving by, quickly took action to help. He turned on his car's hazard lights to alert vehicles behind him to slow down and signaled to a nearby truck driver to assist in stopping traffic, preventing a potential accident.

Once it was safe, Mr. Zeng got out of his car and led the boy to a safe area on the roadside.

Since the boy was very young and unable to provide any contact information for his parents, Mr. Zeng promptly contacted the police and handed the child over to traffic officers before quietly leaving the scene.

Later, Mr. Zeng humbly stated: “It was an emergency, I didn’t have time to think — I just knew I had to get the child to safety. Safety education for kids is extremely important. If something had happened, the consequences could have been tragic. I hope parents will be more vigilant in watching over their children to prevent situations like this.”
