US: Bodycam Shows Police Rescue Man From Frigid Water At Twin Harbors Marina
Maryland City, United States - February 23, 2025 On February 23, first responders rescued a man who had fallen into the cold waters at the Twin Harbors Community Association Marina dock. According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, the man’s wife called 911 after the fall. Officers and a paramedic arrived on the scene within six minutes. The man, identified as Scott Gardiner, was pulled from the water safely. Scott and his wife Kathleen later met with two of the responding officers on March 30 to personally thank them for their role in the rescue.
