This is the heartwarming moment men protected a grandmother from a crowd that was surging forward at a concert.

Footage shows the wave of festivalgoers dashing toward the stage as a live band began performing during Niku Fes in Tokyo, Japan.

Amid the event, two thoughtful attendees stood behind the elderly woman, extending their arms to shield her from the stampede on April 30.

The men gently wrapped their arms around her for protection.

Once the crowd settled, the woman smiled, signalled for them to join the fun, and waved an orange plush toy while dancing to the beat.

Niku Fes is one of Japan's biggest food and music festivals, known for its premium wagyu beef, grilled skewers, burgers, and international meat dishes. It draws hundreds of thousands of visitors every year.
