Gaza - May 16, 2025 IDF forces continue to operate against organizations throughout the Gaza Strip, destroying infrastructure and eliminating soldiers, under the direction of the Intelligence Branch, the Southern Command, and the Shin Bet. Over the past 24 hours, the Air Force has attacked more than 150 targets throughout the Gaza Strip. Among the targets attacked were anti-tank positions, squads, and military structures from which soldiers operated to carry out acts against IDF forces. In the northern Gaza Strip, forces from Division 252 are working to locate and destroy infrastructure. Over the past 24 hours, the division's forces have eliminated a number of soldeirs operating from an observation post in the area. Gaza Division (143) forces continue to operate in the southern Gaza Strip. The forces destroyed infrastructure, including buildings and shafts belonging to the Hamas organization, and killed a number of soldiers operating in the area. Division 36 forces continue to operate in the southern Gaza Strip, destroying infrastructure in the area. The forces eliminated a number of soldiers who were operating and planning to plant an explosive device.
