Man Jumps Out of His Car to Give a Stranger His Umbrella
On Thursday April 18th a brief downpour hit the downtown DC area. I was driving East on Constitution Ave in Washington DC when my dashcam caught the driver ahead of me jumping out of his car to give an umbrella to a couple on the street getting soaked. The driver jumped back in the car and went on his way. He likely had no idea the individual behind him had a dashcam recording the entire event.
