At a plant that manufactures loaders in Huzhou City of east China's Zhejiang Province, production lines are running at full capacity. The head of the factory's manufacturing department said orders have gone up by about 150 percent this year, requiring them to work overtime to keep up with demand. [Sound_bite] Sun Chengjun, head of production department, Loader factory: "All our production lines are operating at high speed. As for new orders, there is a 150 percent increase compared with last year." [Voice_over] Other companies that make loaders say their orders have been scheduled through the third quarter of this year. To ensure timely deliveries, many factories have taken measures to accelerate the production process. [Sound_bite] Zou Guangjin, senior manager, loader division, construction machinery company: "We're also working to shorten production cycles. For example, our procurement staff will be stationed at the suppliers' factory to secure a steady supply of components." [Voice_over] Data from the China Construction Machinery Association shows that the country's major loader producers sold about 42,000 units in the first four months of this year, up by 16 percent year on year.
