This is the hilarious moment grown-ups rode flashing electric animals as they raced through a mall.

Footage shows the eight cousins perched on the colourful kiddie rides next to each other in Manila, the Philippines.

The mechanical toys came in different designs, including a pink unicorn, a purple horse, a violet dog, orange puppies, ponies, an elephant, and huskies.

The group then drove the machines adorned with bright LED lights forward like racers on June 4.

Sakura Noriega said: 'At first it was only me, my husband, and our child who rented the ponies to play. Then our cousins joined. The staff allowed us to have a race. It was a fun family bonding.'

The racers were Faye, Leo, Jhane, Jeriecho, Mariel, Felix, Jean, Aethel, and Jessica, with the rainbow unicorn ride coming in the first place on June 4.

The toys were rented for half an hour before they returned it to the shop.
