Eating seafood pancakes at a night market in Bangkok
A food lover tried seafood pancakes at a night market in Bangkok.
Sirinda Phiewkliang, 23, bought Ta Lay Krok, a popular Thai street food, at Jodd Fairs Night Market in the Thai capital.
Footage shows a vendor adding batter to a griddle pan along with a mix of octopus, crab meat, and shrimp on December 8.
The seller then handed the dish to Sirinda, who then sat at a table to begin tasting the mouth-watering snacks.
She can be heard saying in the video: 'This is a Thai seafood pancake. It is made from flour and eggs mixed together for its base and topped with crab meat, shrimp, and octopus.'
Ta Lay Krok is a Thai street food popular among tourists and locals. This dish is similar to Japanese Takoyaki and Korean Pajeon, filled with varieties of seafood such as mussels, octopus, shrimp, squid, and crab, served hot with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
