A father playing with his son at a park in Orcutt, California, when he noticed a shocking scene out of the corner of his eye.

As he was recording his son climbing a tree using smart glasses, he noticed a woman "plop" out of a vehicle in the distance.

"The man walks around the car to try and move her out of the way. He leaves her face first, clothes ripped down, in the parking lot right in front of a children's play ground at a public park," the dad told Newsflare.

As the man attempted to drive off, the filmer took his chance to call the police.

"When he goes to drive away, he takes a wrong turn and goes around the one way lake which gave me time to call 911 and report the female," the dad added.

"As the car was coming back around, i was able to give the details without looking conspicuous by using my hands free meta glasses. The person was caught at the exit and the lady was picked up by first responders."

According to local media, the condition of the woman and the identity of the suspect have not yet been released by authorities.
