Try the world's first outdoor tilt ride 1,000ft above Bangkok
Thrillseekers can hang 1,000ft above Bangkok - on the world's highest tilt ride.
The machine has been rigged up to the outside of the Mahanakhon Tower - the tallest building in Thailand - for visitors to test their head for heights.
Without any safety gear or harnesses, they lie across rope netting while the machine slowly lowers them to 65 degrees.
The view, should they be brave enough to open their eyes, stretches from the 75th floor of the building to the ground below, where cars drive on the busy streets and locals go about their lives.
Maya, who is seen in the video, said she was so scared she almost backed out of climbing into the cage.
She said: ‘It's pretty good. Very good. My heart was going up all the time.
‘I didn't think about anything. Before, I thought I was really scared. I just stayed as calm as I could.
'I didn't open my eyes. It was the scariest thing I've done. I didn't realise it would feel like that.'
The attraction, called Mahanakhon Bangkok SkyRides I-Tilt, is on the 75th floor of the King Power Mahanakhon building. The exact height is 296 metres, or 971ft.
A screen also displays the heart rate of participants, with most people experiencing an increase in the rate due to the 'fight or flight' response.
A similar ride called TILT Chicago exists in Illinois, which is indoors and built over a transparent glass floor, unlike Bangkok's outdoor machine.
