Barmer, India - June 16, 2025 On 16 June Monday Barmer, Rajasthan on A wild boar knocked over a motorcycle rider and attacked him. CCTV footage captured man riding with his eight-year-old son when they were suddenly struck by the aggressive hog. The wild pig then went on a rampage, targeting the rider, who was later identified by authorities as Dungaram Vishnoi, a local businessman. His child managed to escape while Dungaram was being mauled by the animal. Nearby residents intervened, scaring the boar away and rescuing both father and child. Forest department Police administration said Dungaram was on his way to his grocery store when the attack occurred on June 16, around 7:30 am. Authorities reported that he sustained serious injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
