US, Los Angeles: Los Angeles County Driver Rescued by Helicopter After 240-Foot Cliff Plunge on Angeles Crest
Los Angeles, United States - June 23, 2025 06/23/2025 12:20 am GMT-0700 LOS ANGELES COUNTY, Calif. – Around 12:20 a.m. Monday, the Los Angeles County Fire Department and Montrose Search and Rescue responded to a report of a vehicle over the side of a cliff on Angeles Crest Highway near Mile Marker 40. A Los Angeles County Fire Department helicopter conducted a hoist operation to extract the patient from the vehicle. The individual was airlifted to a local hospital in unknown condition.
