US, Los Angeles: Downtown Los Angeles 2 Pedestrians Possibly Killed In Crash

Los Angeles, United States - June 26, 2025 06/26/2025 02:37 am GMT-0700 DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Los Angeles police officers from the Newton Division and firefighters from the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a report of a crash at the intersection of Naomi Street and Olympic Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered two pedestrians who sustained severe injuries. Central Traffic officers were requested to the scene for what could be a double fatality. Additionally, it is believed that one more person may have also been injured in the incident. Preliminary information suggests that an Audi sedan collided with a forklift carrying produce, which was subsequently struck by a box truck. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear. Three victims were transported to hospitals, although their conditions are currently unknown. LAPD Central Traffic officers are handling the investigation.
