Your Car Is Submarine
In that kind of weather, people would rather stay indoors usually. However, it was inevitable for some to go out and it was totally different to drive a car with that amount of water in front of the road. In fact, the car at that moment was no longer merely a car, but rather a submarine. The windscreen wipers were quants that beat the water as hard as they could so as not to block the driver’s view.
