This is the dramatic moment an overtaking car narrowly avoided a head-on crash in China.
Dashcam footage shows a vehicle navigating a busy road before coming to a stop, as a reckless driver cuts into its lane while attempting to overtake a truck ahead on the Sichuan‑Tibet Highway.
Neither vehicle was travelling at high speed, and both were able to brake in time, narrowly avoiding a collision on July 25.
The oncoming car then returned to its lane, and both motorists continued their journey.
