Hapless skateboarder falls over causing motorcycle crash
This is the moment a hapless skateboarder fell over, causing a motorcycle to crash on the road.
CCTV footage shows the youngster riding his skateboard when he lost balance in Manila, the Philippines.
The board can be seen rolling onto the EDSA highway, hitting the passing motorists, causing the pair on board to plunge onto the asphalt on November 20.
Riders behind halted to barricade the couple lying on the road to prevent other cars from hitting them.
Meanwhile, the boy in a black shirt immediately grabbed his skateboard and fled the scene.
The motorists did not sustain serious injuries from the incident.
Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Strike Force head, Gabriel Go, said: 'Roads are for vehicles and pedestrians. These are not for stunts and entertainment.
'If skaters and rollerbladers are hit or sideswiped, the fault will fall to the person with the driver's license, because they have the responsibility as the license holder, when in fact what the person rollerblading on the road did was wrong. It is a dangerous act that should not be imitated.'
